If you want to wish me my birthday, I was born November 3, 1987 in Montpellier. Yes, I am a girl from the south, do not rely on the tan (or the obvious lack of tanning). I wanted to be a florist, then a magician, then a psychologist, then an ethnologist, then a stylist … to say that my professional project was not very clear. I graduated from Political Science in Lyon and then moved to Sydney, where I lived and worked for a year. I went back to the university in Strasbourg where I did a master’s degree in international relations and European studies. I have never worked in this field, nor in any of the above. I had the opportunity during my years of study and job search to be administrative assistant, hostess, waitress in weddings (aha!), Communication assistant, saleswoman in a French pastry shop -German, to distribute flyers (sometimes disguised as a Christmas tree) and even condoms, to make organic smoothies and to give French lessons to German and Spanish. These jobs, often underpaid, taught me to overcome my shyness and although I was not always happy during these times, I finally realized that the ideal job would not fall on me but that I had to build it myself.
At that moment, at the end of 2013, I won a photography contest, and little by little I considered this activity as something other than a hobby. I had for a long time compacts and film cameras. I started to spend my days training … Even when I was bored at work. And then as I evolved, I left my job as an hostess in a company, I had a project for myself FINALLY. To summarize, I am 30 years old, I have some tattoos and I am always ready for a new trip. I’m addicted to Netflix, chocolate and social networks like many people of my generation. I love all places invaded by nature, but I’m afraid it’s also a counter-blow of the Parisian lifestyle, or the old age, I do not know. I love cinema and I love images, I watch the work of other creatives for hours, on the internet or in museums. I like to use photography to express a lot of things, not just about marriage! I like traveling more than anything. I am involved, especially for women’s rights, and I am interested in all social issues (except sport), which can be useful during family meals. And I have a sense of humor, well, I think.
