I founded my company ten years ago. My company started in the printing business. Gradually I found that my customers’ needs were changing and I began to reduce their workload for them. For example, I helped them to do PowerPoint, wrote materials, did marketing, promoted their events, supported their operations with WeChat, made training manuals and designed brochures etc. Gradually, many customers were getting used to my services. With them I was not only a supplier anymore. With many of them we became friends. So now my company should be regarded more of a full service customer service company!
