I grew up in South Africa during apartheid and my passion in working with businesses to find the right talent and develop them, stemmed from there. Having gone through the experience of having people believe in me and give me the opportunity to grow, develop and shine; made me realise that businesses are filled with roles that need to be done and it is finding the right talent to fill those roles and creating a culture of retaining them that will help businesses grow.
I hold an M.Comm degree in Organisational Psychology and throughout my career, have specialised in and covered roles in global recruitment and selection, global mobility, restructuring and HR business partner roles across various levels. My experience span across corporates to emerging businesses.
I set up Constantia Consulting as I want to help business owners strategically grow their business through their people. I am aware that small businesses do not have the big budgets of corporates and want to give them a feasible option to overcome the hurdles that might be the stumbling blocks to their success.
My approach is one of pragmatism and is looking to help small business owners become proactive around their people management issues and empower them with tools which will free up their time to focus on their business to grow their sales.
